Amidst considerable legal chaos Donald Trump and Joseph Biden are eagerly pursuing candidacy for the 2024 election while the Democrats are trying to avoid a candidate selection process.

Trump is clearly in trouble. Many persons, as many as four dozen or more, are shown to be co-conspirators, 18 named, in allegations that Trump tried to steal an election per se.

The actual indictments are quite complex. Trump refused to accept that Trump lost in Georgia and formed a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome. ABC news in a lengthy video has succinctly set out the details of the allegations in a manner easily understood by the lay public.

The allegations against Mr. Trump included two methods of racketeering to circumvent the will of the people, implies the prosecutor in Georgia. The indictments and the accompanying factums are extensive, complicated and thorough beyond the imagination of even someone like Stephen King. But it’s all real. This is not fiction. The world watched and maybe most don’t remember the evidence they saw but know Trump tried to change the outcome of the election on his own information he blasted out on TV networks.

Attorney General Merrick Garland announced his appointment of a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden.

Mr. Hunter Biden is accused publicly by politicians of arranging bribes in Ukraine that flowed money to his father over a lengthy period of time, comprising an abuse of power from the White House during the Obama administration and perhaps later. The special counsel is David Weiss.
