The ICC has backed off serving warrants for the Biden Administration and other perpetrators of the Gaza Genocide under threats from Republican politicians.

Over ten thousand American students have been arrested or temporarily detained during peaceful protests against the Gaza Genocide across America in most USA States at over 100 universities.

At least a dozen Republican US senators have threatened the International Criminal Court (ICC) with American sanctions if the international court moves forward with arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials, according to a copy of a letter published Monday.
Republicans assume that American politicians like Israeli politicians enjoy impunity for criminal acts. Threatening the ICC and demanding a certain outcome from a panel of Judges is a very serious crime with extreme penalties.
USA Senators Bill Hagerty, Katie Boyd Britt, Kevin Cramer, Marco Rubio, Marsha Blackburn, Mitch McConnell, Pete Ricketts, Rick Scott, Ted Budd, Ted Cruz , Tim Scott, and Tom Cotton, are all on a path toward prosecution. Their names have been added to the ICC complaint against Gaza Genocide perpetrators, who may in the alternative be guilty of genocide complicity or genocide incitement.

American Politicians threaten to harm ICC staff while urging continuation of Genocide in Gaza: Genocide Incitement
Addressing a letter to International Criminal Court Prosecutor, Karim Khan, the Republicans say any potential arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior officials “are illegitimate and lack legal basis, and if carried out will result in severe sanctions against you and your institution.”
Note: Senators misspoke themselves in many ways but it is worth clearing up the role of the International Criminal Court Prosecutor, Karim Khan, who does not lead the ICC but is an employee of the ICC more or less like a State’s Prosecutor or a Federal Prosecutor.
“These arrest warrants would align the ICC with the largest state sponsor of terrorism and its proxy,” the American lawmakers wrote in a leaked letter to the ICC.
The Rome Statute now part of international law, prohibits threats against the International Criminal Court and its officials. It is also a crime in most countries to try to obstruct justice with threats of any kind.
Donald Navalny-Trump is failing in his efforts to stay out of Jail or Prison.

“Mr. Donald Navalny-Trump is facing dozens of Biden Administration criminal charges for every stupid thing under the sun including sexing a porn star and then paying her some money not to tell people about the weirdness. Prostitution may be the oldest profession known to the human race.
“Donald Navalny-Trump’s lawyers are exasperated both by their frustrating client, another moorings-unattached old man like Mr. Biden, and by the wrongdoings of the USA government trying to use the U.S. Federal institutions of government to combat a political opponent of the sitting accidentally elected Joe Biden government. That’s how it looks to me and many millions of people who see this the same way: a total sham,” said Ms. Carter.
“This must stop! Nobody can get in or out of Gaza. Food, medicines, water and fuel for hospitals can’t get in and medivacs of surgical patients have been blocked. Gaza is a killing pot where women and children are the primary targets according to 7 months of hard data,” reports RINJ Women medical workers in Gaza.
“Clean drinking water production has been shut down in parts of north Gaza because of the depletion of fuel supplies to run the equipment. The same will happen across the [Gaza] strip,” reports Behar Abbasi from Gaza.
“Food and medical supplies are also blocked.”

Students shackled for saying “Stop Genocide”
University Students are being shackled and jailed for saying “Stop the Genocide.” and “Ceasefire now!”. The West has banned use of the word ‘genocide’ according to leaked documents from the White House.
Students at over 100 universities in the USA alone are protesting against America’s slaughter of civilians in Gaza with weapons provided and American military advisers working with Israeli troops on the ground in Gaza.
Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden, presumed contestants in the 2024 presidential election, have resorted to religious fanaticisms claiming that even the Jewish protestors are antisemitic and are hateful of Jews. These two men have incited violence against American students calling out paramilitary riot tactics and discussing a call out of the National Guard to round up students like runaway cattle. So far over ten thousand have been ’rounded up’.
