Iran has murdered a shy, softspoken Iranian Kurdish women (22), Mahsa Amini, for not wearing her scarf tightly on her head. The gentle Mahsa Amini is now a global shero along with her family of millions of sisters who cry for Mahsa and protest her murder by a tyrannical cutthroat regime that must be held to account. Most of the world is demanding accountability.

These ordinary Iraqis were murdered in their homes by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps controlled by Ebrahim Raisi, the Butcher of Tehran.
This crime is a retaliation against the women demonstrators across all of Iran.
“We condemn the bombing of the Kurdistan Region by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s forces on several targets and the casualties among civilians as we categorically reject the repetition of these attacks,” said the office of President Nechirvan Barzani in a statement.
“The Kurdistan Region’s position is clear that it will not allow any security threat to the neighboring countries from its borders, while emphasizing that the Kurdistan Region should not be used as a battleground to settle disputes among rival parties,” the statement continues, essentially disowning the dispute.
Scores of Kurdish people were killed Wednesday in Kurdish Iraq, by Iranian missile attacks, and other Iraqis were injured or killed near Kirkuk and Erbil while at the same time, anti-femicide protests build momentum across all of Iran.
Iran falsely claims the anti-femicide protests are driven by the Kurds.
“The protests in Iran are run by courageous Iranian women and are driven and supported by women and many men, globally,” says feminist Geraldine Frique of RINJ Women.
“Wednesday’s mass murder of Kurds in a perverted way is an admission of guilt for the deliberate and brutal theological femicide of Kurdish-Iranian, Mahsa Amini, two weeks ago,” Ms. Frisque adds during a quick chat on Signal.
Between 13th and 16th September, Mahsa Amini, a Kurdish-Iranian was murdered violently and slowly by so-called ‘morality police’ of Ebrahim Raisi, the globally despised and sanctioned ‘Butcher of Tehran’.
The revolting murder of shy and softly spoken Mahsa Amini for allegedly not wearing her headscarf tightly enough to her face has ripped out the hearts of women everywhere.

Katie Alsop, Executive Director of The RINJ Foundation, a sometimes-nearly-militant feminist organization like when they almost became extinct and had to defend themselves from the Sunni-Muslim murderers of women in Syria and Iraq, with their own guns, is absolutely livid. The words Katie has used in private to discuss the leadership of Iran would make anyone’s hairs stand up on their neck. It really is a murder that became the final straw in a series of theological femicides that feminists feel, viscerally.
Being of Kurdish descent and having a world of opposition women decrying Iran’s murder of Mahsa Amini who is not only “God’s daughter” but a posthumous shero of 2022 to the people of the de facto ‘Kurdistan ‘across Iran, Iraq and Syria, has infuriated women everywhere. But Iran decided to murder Kurds with drone bombing attacks—as a distraction?
Forty-plus Kurdish casualties resulted. At least nine Kurdish people were killed while 32 others were seriously wounded, say early reports from the Kurdish regional government’s health ministry.

Like the very much alive Secretary General, Amnesty International, Agnes Callamard who has slammed Iran for the murder of Ms. Amini, Mahsa Amini is treated like a shero across the world and that has motivated a world of support for protesting women in Iran. As a consequence, Ebrahim Raisi and his IRGC are mass murdering the Kurds, which makes no sense apart from it being a crime against humanity and a pre-meditated act of racism and arguably genocide.
But America picking on Iraq which had no weapons of mass destruction makes no sense either.
When America gets annoyed at Iran, it bombs Iraq as it did on 3 January 2020 with a mass murder of Iraqi and Iranian officials near the Baghdad airport.
When Iran gets annoyed at the world, it, like America, also bombs Iraq.
As if the Kurds of Iraqi Kurdistan have not taken enough abuse in their lives, Iran has attacked Kurds in the north of Iraq and in Baghdad. Iran carried out deadly cross-border strikes Wednesday in targeting the headquarters of three Kurdish opposition parties that allegedly support the ongoing demonstrations inside Iran. It’s a stretch say Kurdish sources in Erbil. “The whole world supports the protests in Iran, said one Doctor known to the author as a friend so her identity will be protected.
It is certainly true there are massive protests by women across Iran in almost all its cities, against the regime that clearly, according to medical caregivers, murdered Mahsa Amini. And no amount of Iran’s murders of women have stopped the protests.

Seth Franzman of the Jerusalem Post suggests that “Iran’s decision to target Kurds is not a surprise. It is trying to distract from the murder of Mahsa Amini, the woman whose death at the hands of Iran’s police led to the protests. Amini was a Kurd from western Iran.”
