Women rights group says 9 Child Gaza Deaths is ICC matter. Charge Netanyahu

Palestinians are still searching for survivors following Israeli attacks on civilians and their buildings in the occupied territory of Gaza say health workers who are helping in the search.

“This may be the worst violence since the 2018 Gaza Massacre,” said Grace Edwards, a woman humanitarian worker in Syria from a human rights group who in May 2018 wrote a complaint to the International Criminal Court.

Ramadhan festivities by Islamic Palestinians have been repeatedly blocked in Jerusalem by Israeli soldiers creating tensions that erupted in violence last Friday said Husam Zomlot on Tuesday in a live interview with Aljazeera. Zomlot is a Palestinian diplomat, head of the Palestinian Mission to the United Kingdom.

Alleged ‘Ethnic Cleansing’

Israel evicted a number of families from their homes in East Jerusalem to make room for Jewish settlers. Palestinians claim that Israel has been targeting children and families as a means of ethnic cleansing. Israel has indicated it wants Palestinians out of Jerusalem.

Hamas reacted to the evictions of Palestinians from Jerusalem (“Ethnic Cleansing”, Hamas claims.) with rocket fire from Gaza against Israel on Friday.

Thus far, 27 Palestinians at last count have perished in Gaza during Tuesday retaliatory attacks by Israel against the Gaza population, including nine small children as Israel vows to continue its air attacks on Arab civilians in an extended conflict over Jerusalem, notes Israeli security analyst Simon Baldock from Jerusalem.

Israel claims it has struck two large high-rise residential buildings in Gaza where allegedly some members of Hamas have allegedly lived in apartments. Also there are ‘hundreds of ordinary Palestinian citizens’ claimed Zomlot, angrily, while speaking to Aljazeera in a televised live interview on Tuesday.

While there is no elected leader in Israel following two years of failed democratic elections, IDF Lieutenant Colonel Conricus, an official IDF spokesperson, told media representatives on Tuesday that the Israeli defence Forces was in the early stage of strikes against Gaza and more would follow.

Former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who recently failed to obtain a clear mandate in an election, one of many ‘do-over-elections’ in the past two years, continues to publicly order attacks on Gaza.

Netanyahu has claimed the role of ‘caretaker’ prime minister until a new government is either formed by coalition efforts now underway as per the instructions of the titular President of Israel, or a new election takes place, says the President of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, who currently occupies the ceremonial role as figurehead of the Israeli state.

Women’s group want Netanyahu Charged with Crimes against Humanity for more than 6,000 unarmed demonstrators who were shot by military snipers on 30 March 2018,” plus other crimes the women allege.

Watch United Nations Video with a warning: Contains actual footage of Israeli Soldiers Shooting Palestinians, February 2018. This is evidence of a serious crime against humanity, one of which is now under investigation by the International Criminal Court.

Netenyahu has claimed for years that the charges against him in Israel are politically motivated and that he has done nothing wrong.

With regards to the crimes against humanity allegations against him, Mr. Netanyahu claims that the International Criminal Court has no jurisdictions over him.

The International Criminal Court has explained that it does have jurisdiction pursuant to a Court ruling and that it is persisting in its official investigation.

“Today, I confirm the initiation by the Office of the Prosecutor (”Office”) of the International Criminal Court (”ICC” or the ”Court”) of an investigation respecting the Situation in Palestine. The investigation will cover crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court that are alleged to have been committed in the Situation since 13 June 2014, the date to which reference is made in the Referral of the Situation to my Office,” said ICC Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda in a statement.

Netanyahu’s domestic criminal charges have prompted speculation that the current conflict in Jerusalem is stirred up by Netanyahu as a distraction from his legal troubles, says Baldock who has heard from numerous opposition members of the Israeli Parliament who are unhappy with the current air strikes on Palestinian citizens.

Women’s Rights group demands Hamas and Israel stand down

“When men kill babies they are guilty of the greatest possible crime against the future of humanity,” says woman doctor in Syria.

Officials in Syria, France and Canada—including one Israeli woman—for the women’s rights group RINJ Women  have slammed “the inexcusable murder of small children in the illegal air strikes and missile bombardment of Gaza by troops loyal to Former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu” and are demanding that “Israeli hostilities stop immediately against the Arabs of Gaza and that conflicts be solved by peaceable means”.

The RINJ group, which has been adamant on child and family safety in the extended occupation of Palestinian lands reports that it is seeking international prosecution by the International Criminal Court for alleged criminal events in 2017, 2018 and 2021 of Former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for crimes against humanity in violation of the Rome Statute.

Verifying the women’s group allegations there are several serious accusations made  by the UN Human Rights High Commissioner.

“The Commission has reasonable grounds to believe that during the Great March of Return, Israeli soldiers committed violations of international human rights and humanitarian law. Some of those violations may constitute war crimes or crimes against humanity, and must be immediately investigated by Israel,” said the Chair of the Commission, Santiago Canton of Argentina on 28 February, 2019.

“When men kill babies they are guilty of the greatest possible crime against the future of humanity,” said Dr. Buni in an email. She was speaking from the Syria/Iraq border during a neutral NGO transfer of Iraqi national ex-patriot patients from Syria to Iraq, another humanitarian act the women’s group does discreetly during the strife of numerous wars, food insecurity and pandemic sickness.

The doctor’s head nurse, Gracie Edwards, suggested while setting up the email interview, “It requires an unthinkable level of misogyny or just plain evil to start wars wherein only women and children suffer the consequences. It is safer to be a [expletive] soldier than to be a child, in today’s wars. For that we want Netanyahu and all men who kill babies, charged and imprisoned.”
“Remember Sinjar,:” she added.
“Remember Gaza,
“Remember Myanmar,
“Remember Mosul,
“Remember Idlib,
“Remember Sudan,
“Remember Darfur…”

“The whole world has been exposed to far too much violence against women and children,” the Syrian-Canadian nurse added.

“At some point, State-Sponsored Violence Became Commonplace.
Now it’s done all over the world,” say RINJ Women
