Donald Trump is the former U.S. president who told Americans to swallow powerful disinfectants to rid themselves of the SARS-COV-2 virus.

“Nor does Trump or his henchmen realize that the West’s best humanitarian workers are being slaughtered by America in Gaza while those same people try to provide medical and health care to women and children in dire distress caused by America,” Ms. Carter added.

Modern international criminal law, says there can be no excuse for genocide.
There is no justification and there is no defence for the commission of genocide once it is proven to have happened. If a person commits that crime or the crimes of incitement or complicity, no defence of justification will save them from the punishment for that crime.
For example, Donald Trump has incited genocide and other violence by publicly announcing that Benjamin Netanyahu must hurry up and finish the genocide in Gaza. He has allegedly told the accused Netanyahu that he is free to continue the genocide, and the two men will speak again in January 2025. The penalty for this crime in the USA is a $500,000 fine or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. Under the Rome Statute that penalty is imprisonment for up to 30 years.
Genocide is any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in, part a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
What really happened on 7 October 2023
According to Israeli official sources, the actual number of Israelis killed on 7 October 2023 by Palestinians who unopposed took control of over nine Israeli military facilities for a period of about a week, was 695 Israeli civilians, roughly half of whom were killed accidentally by Israeli Defence Forces (IDF). Many Israeli hostages have been slaughtered in Israeli bombings which bombs have indiscriminately killed civilians. There were no beheaded children. There was no forensic rape kits conducted within 72 hours of any moment of 7 October 2023. Only three children under five were killed, accidentally by the IDF.

International Criminal Court is being Gutted like a New Jersey Mafioso Kill
The International Criminal Court has been violated, threatened, abused, subjected to espionage and violence.
The RINJ Foundation which filed a case last year with the ICC had its clinic in North Gaza bombed and destroyed on 7 March 2024, with over 30 persons killed and dozens wounded in the overflow crowd outside waiting to have infants vaccinated.
“Prosecutor and staff will suffer severe sanctions and total personal destruction,” says one threat from the USA lawmakers.
The International Criminal Court has been threatened for applying for arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, and three Hamas leaders on 20 May 2024. These have been systematically obstructed with violent threats of America, Israel and Netanyahu’s other allies including the UK and EU. Immense bribes have been rumoured but nobody has admitted taking any money offered by the Israeli lobbyists.
In cases related to the American/NATO proxy war on Ukraine soil against Russia, the ICC has swiftly issued arrest warrants for six Russian officials, at the urgence of the United States of America, including an arrest warrant for Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin, within weeks.
No arrest warrants have been issued for the Gaza Genocide since the Palestine investigation of crimes against humanity, genocide and extermination (apartheid in all) started in 2019, indicating considerable delays and obvious double standards.
The extended delays in the Palestine investigation are due to Israel’s nine-year espionage operations and malfeasance against the ICC and its officials, coupled with the recent withdrawal of a judge overseeing the case.

One Judge in the Trial Court heading up the Israeli/Palestine matter has withdrawn from the Case.
