Facebook is again selling rape drugs and dismissing rape crime as barely an inconvenience to women. Why not? Even the U.S. government and the Israeli government exploit sexual violence against women and girls by making false rape claims to justify their malfeasance and bail out political campaigns where they need to justify why they are murdering thousands of women and children to punish the race of people they allege are mass rapists and infant decapitation ghouls. But unequivocally, according to all sources of medical care and forensic rape kit preparation and evaluation, in Israel, there were zero rapes in Israel by Hamas or IQB on 7 October. Zero. It’s all a fraud.

On 7 October 2023, an IQB contextual military attack on Israel was retaliation by IQB for repeated Israeli desecrations and killings at al Aqsa Mosque in occupied Palestine. Tamer than Israeli attacks used against Palestine, the IQB soldiers showed discipline and were directed in a crude under-equipped military mission consistent with the style of the war that was being fought against Palestine by Israel. IQB soldiers behaved like resistance fighters. There was no sexualized violence in the context of Hamas attacks of 7 October 2023. We were there that day and worked with the medical profession in Israel to learn who might help. RINJ Women operated our Rape Helpline as always and there were no calls from Israel.
Sexual assaults, not rape, did take place in the form of touching, grabbing and more on 7 October. There are no reports of IQB soldiers carrying out these acts.
Some of the IQB attackers were Israeli Mossad and American CIA operatives working under cover. They had obtained a copy of a 40-page plan for the attack and gave it to the Netanyahu security seniors who named it “Jericho Wall”.
According to the European Council on Foreign Relations, “The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades (IQB) was founded in 1991 as the military wing of Hamas. It is the largest and best-equipped group operating in Gaza and has fought several wars against Israel. In recent years, it has significantly enhanced its missile and rocket capacity, and has experimented with drones and underwater commandos — with limited success. IQB also has its own internal security force (al-Majd).
“IQB has claimed responsibility for many attacks against Israeli civilians, including suicide bombings. IQB is led by Mohammed Deif. Its deputy is Marwan Issa.
“While its centre of power remains Gaza, IQB has also maintained activities in the West Bank, including in the northern town of Jenin where it cooperates with Fatah‘s al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and Islamic Jihad‘s al-Quds Brigades under the umbrella of so-called ‘Jenin Battalion’.”

In 75 Years, Palestine never militarily struck back at Israel which had brutalized the Palestinians in what may be the worst case of apartheid in human history. Israel was shocked into rage and disbelief.
As a response to what was supposed to be a feeble effort by the people of Gaza, the Israeli mission was to exploit the attack and create an excuse to move the people of Gaza into the Sinai Dessert.
“The undercovers inside IQB did not like their mission. It would have been better to stop the invasion they thpught.. Instead, Netanyahu forced his people to let the invasion happen. Elements of the IDF did not get the message and blew up many entire households in various Kibbitzes with tank fire. The IDF attacked a Rave music concert with helicopter gunships. They did kill some roughnecks but none were IQB,” explains a former IDF officer.
This was more of a media event.
Peaceful Free Palestine Demonstrations have been spotted all over the world.
Because Israel was informed well in advance of the 7 Oct. attack and because Netanyahu prepared a false flag operation with tons of misinformation and misconduct planned, almost everything the pro-Israel media had been fed is a lie. Most of the 1100+ deaths reported were inflicted by IDF infantry, tanks and gunships friendly fire.
Joe Biden, in the White House repeating horrific details of things that never happened as he so often does, this time has caused the slaughter of thousands of women and kids by inciting a genocide and Biden is accused of this crime in the International Criminal Court and also in the International Court of Justice—Biden is a danger to all women.
The RINJ Foundation women are furious at the false rape claims made by the election campaigners for Benjamin Netanyahu which taint jury pools and negatively influence jurists. Women for these reasons cannot get a conviction against a real rapist.
Benjamin Netanyahu and Joseph Biden are the enemy of all women globally. The disgusting approach of claiming the men of Palestine raped hundreds of women and beheaded babies and fetuses then proceeding to slaughter thousands of women and babies as a retaliation is so sick-minded that it is barely comprehended by most of the world—except women.
RINJ Women have said since 7 October that a rape took place but was not done by anyone associated with Hamas.
In Gaza, some stoned thugs fingered a kidnapped woman. We call that rape. Rape is the penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any part of the attacker’s body or any object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.
Since that time, weighty evidence says those thugs became deceased. The parties agree there is no case. Arguably justice has been done.
On 7 October 2023, in Israel, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades (IQB) attacked Israel primarily from the air using motorized-parachutes.
The RINJ Foundation was there that day because we knew the attack was coming. The Israeli government was also informed. Israel had a false flag operation readied, RINJ Women had volunteers with cameras ready.
There were no ‘room four‘ cases in Israel
There were no forensic rape kits conducted in Israel within 72 hours of any moment of 7 October 2023.
There were no rapes of Israelis in Israel.
There was no Palestinian plan to use rape as a weapon of war.
The IQB is a theocratic Islamic military group supportive of the Islamic movement known as “Hamas”. Hamas is a global movement against Zionism. Zionism is a pro-apartheid movement that targets Arabs in Palestine.
In every aspect of Hamas life and doctrine, the contemporary laws of Islam prevail. This morally forbids the rape and desecration of women. Not to be confused with psychopathic non-Islamic aberrations called the ISIL group or al Qaeda and others of the same Salafist Jihadist cult, the Hamas movement has a pious Islamic nature and is totally observing of the ancient Islamic rules that both diminishes women as the property of the male-led family and exalts women as the property of the family.
Hamas and the IQB are a resistance movement and by civilized standards their conduct is appalling just as were those resistance movements active in WWI and WWII.
The resistance is against Israeli apartheid violence and oppression which is the worst anywhere on Earth in at least the past two centuries say dozens of historians and human rights activists including those with knowledge of the South African apartheid experience.
Including one senior Hamas officer who spoke to FPM.news scribe and medical professional Behar Abbasi on his death bed, and a number of other trusted sources inside Gaza, there was no tactic or strategy of using sexual violence as a weapon of war.
Democracy Now speaks with Jeremy Scahill and Ryan Grim of The Intercept about their exposé of a major New York Times piece into alleged mass rapes committed by Hamas militants on October 7 that raises serious questions about the accuracy of the story.
The Times article was headlined “‘Screams Without Words’: How Hamas Weaponized Sexual Violence on Oct. 7,” and its release in late December helped the Israeli government to justify the ongoing war on Gaza and to paint pro-Palestine supporters abroad as not caring about sexual violence.
One of the reporters of the Times piece, Israeli freelancer Anat Schwartz, is being investigated by the Times for her social media activity, which included dehumanizing language and endorsements of violence against Palestinians in Gaza.
“The New York Times has grave, grave mischaracterizations, sins of omission, reliance on people who have no forensic or criminology credentials to be asserting that there was a systematic rape campaign put in place here,” says Scahill, who criticizes the newspaper for not issuing any corrections for their flawed reporting.
We also hear from Ryan Grim about how the flawed Times article touched off “extremely intense debate” inside the newsroom. “They’re used to external criticism, but the amount of internal criticism they’re getting has them on the backfoot,” he says.

A majority of Israeli deaths on 7 October 2023, were caused by IDF blunders.
RINJ Women have examined many of the deceased and their blunt trauma injuries were mostly caused by tank fire and probable gunship attacks as well as direct hits from IQB rockets (rare). There were no tanks or helicopter gunships aboard IQB motor scooters and parasail airships.
The American and Israeli jarring rhythm of lies create a cacophony of confusion that nobody believes and that will fail in a Court environment where evidence must be supported with fact, not pageantry.
Netanyahu, Biden and the IQB created the 7 October Massacre as a justification for in the case of Biden and Netanyahu taking over Gaza, owning its nearly one $trillion-dollar oil & gas assets plus the mutual belief that Palestinians should not exist. In the case of the IQB, its credible claim is that it carried out an attack of religious fanaticism intended to punish Israel for its trespasses against the al-Aqusa Mosque and Israel’s assaults on the Palestinians.
Concomitantly the Hamas movement believes Jews should not exist. Neither side has anything to say but the insanity of religious bloodlust and neither has the color of right. Nationalism and the political Islamism versus political Judaism is a typical cause of conflict but nothing worthwhile in all history has ever been the outcome. A close look at all religion suggests the same is true.
Sadly, Israel has become a theocratic-terrorist state like Iran
Both sides, especially including the Americans, are globally dangerous religious zealots and cannot be trusted.
Both Israel and Palestine must be dismantled, and a single free, democratic state created.
This genocidal war of the past 8 decades must not continue.
Both sides must ceasefire and return all hostages and POWs to their families without delay.

Following a massive campaign by the Netanyahu election campaign team, insisting that mass rapes of hundreds of Israeli women took place, Biden said Hamas raped, mutilated women during Israel assault, according to Reuters and CNN but these are false rape claims providing every rapist in the world the defence of “false rape claim” and tainting jury pools who now believe in the “false rape claim” and would dismiss pretty much all cases of rape.
The Hamas military arm did not bring Main Battle Tanks or Helicopter Gunships into Israel aboard their pickup trucks, motor scooters, and parasail (motorized parachutes) manned-airborne vehicles. The extensive damage referenced was not done by hand-carried sidearms and rifles that fit in a motorized parachute.
Hamas behaviour, regardless of one seeing Hamas actions on 7 October as crude or highly sophisticated, proves that Hamas leadership not imprisoned for its crimes against humanity since 6 October 2023, must resign Gaza and leave the region or in the alternative accept the rule of the majority in a single state solution.
At least, we did not see any Hamas tanks or helicopter gunships. As we have shown publicly, we had volunteers filming all day long on 7 October while professionals attended persons in medical need. We had snippets of warning from the same people who tipped off America and Israel. We just did not know when, but had teams in place.
We can’t be everywhere and see everything but what we know for sure conflicts with the beheaded babies crap that comes out of the Biden gob, the Biden Administration and the Netanyahu administration.
Netanyahu is a habitual liar and apparently an allegedly confessed fraud artist as per a yet-to-be-executed plea deal. Mr. Biden is a non compos mentis by every definition. Between the two leading the propaganda campaign, there is zero credibility.
None of our usual contacts among hospitals, mortuaries and coroners know of any rape kit that was requested or completed. Our experience is the same. When offered, the rape kit was rejected because, “no he didn’t do that”. This does not say that no rape occurred. In fact getting pawed by many men in a public demonstration of fearmongering is much worse for the health of the survivor according to the experiences of our counsellors. “Like, not just a little bit but devastating.”
Let me define rape for you.
1. Rape
Rape is the penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.
2. Sexual Assault
Sexual Assault is any forced, unwanted, non consensual sexual contact or activity. Physical contact of a sexual nature is a serious crime against the person. We tell children that nobody may contact you at the parts of the body covered by a swimming suit. That is a good thing to remember. Non-consented kissing is an assault and can be deemed a sexual assault as can be other activities. Some things you know but a judge must decide. What else happened? Be sure to completely describe events to law enforcement staff who attend to you.
3. Was I Raped?
Around the world there is a great variance in the statutes and in common law in defining rape. Most laws require some form of penetration without consent before a charge is laid.
That is the fundamental act of rape but the primary ingredient of the crime is lack of consent. Wherever you are, contact us if you need help. We have many doctors, lawyers and other professional volunteers some of whom may be near you.
Even if you did not resist the sexual attack, or were intoxicated, or if you know the person who raped or sexually assaulted you, any forced, unwanted, non consensual sexual contact or activity is a sex crime (of at least sexual assault) and any form of penetration no matter how slight makes it a crime of rape. If someone has threatened, coerced, forced, intimidated, compelled you in any way to have intercourse (penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person), even if you were forced to say “yes”, you were raped. What to do.
If you were asleep, intoxicated, incapacitated by other means, if there was penetration no matter how slight of your vagina or anus with any of the rapists body parts or any object, or oral penetration by a sex organ, it is a rape crime, regardless of your incapacitation. What to do if I have been raped.
Unwanted sexual contact is a major assault crime, even if not rape (penetration). An act that threatens the safety of the person in any manner whatsoever, anywhere, is an assault, but based on the victim-impact-consequences a sexual assault can never be considered a summary/misdemeanor/minor crime. The safety of the person from this form of crime is an inalienable human right.
4. More About Consent
In the absence of clear, positive agreement for sexual contact there is no consent. Lack of consent is the crucial component of sex crime. Sexual conduct becomes criminal when sexual touch is not consented to, either because the offender forces another person to be sexual against his or her will, or because the other person is considered incapable of consent or to have a diminished mental capacity to give consent.
Those who are deemed incapable of consent include:
minor children under the jurisdiction’s age of consent, regardless of their mental abilities to understand the nature of the act and their ability to refuse;
a developmentally disabled person;
someone who is mentally ill; and
a person who is incapacitated, drugged, drunk, or unconscious or otherwise physically helpless.
There is always a difficult struggle for survivors because becoming what is known as a victim/witness would be deadly. In this matter, the survivors are already in extreme danger where perpetrators alone know who their victims are. We are able to carry the file and allow survivors to remain completely anonymous.
Any person who interferes with that human right commits a more serious offence than the assault in the first place because the threat to the survivor then becomes a death threat based on all recorded statistical evidence which implies absolute morbidity.
People write to us and ask us to make a pro-Netanyahu political statement to support their Netanyahu political group and that would fail.
It would fail because the truth would end the game. The number of intromission and insemination rapes of children and women in Gaza, West Bank and East Jerusalem as well as among Palestinians living in Israel proper, done by officials of the Israel government far exceeds the wildest imaginations.
This happens every single day. Every day of the week. Israeli settlers and Israeli soldiers as well as Israeli police, municipal officials and anyone who has any authority over anybody, target specific women and girls and boys over and over again.
Every now and again a random newcomer is added to the list of perpetrators. For over a decade our counsellors have been working with patients on a rape helpline.
In some cases, we have had the opportunity to confront perpetrators via our RINJ members within the IDF and other similar military and paramilitary entities and the perpetrators do seem to cease and desist. In cases where rape survivors have been revealed, they are imprisoned and vanish from the system.
Were it true that we could release our information, the Israeli side would be decimated. Do you really think the Israeli public wants that information? It is better that we are bound by our ethical standards thus protecting survivors. You must protect us because we protect society from the cost of rape which is in Israel the spread of HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis is increasing with the growth of HIV/AIDS.
We provide care for survivors and help them avoid re-transmission of the diseases their rape has left them with if that is the case. HIV spread within the male IDF is one of the highest among military groups that reports but that is not a very interesting comparison. When soldiers rape over and over from the same list of pretty vulnerable girls for which crime there is absolute impunity in Israel just as there is impunity for murder of Palestinians, disease spreads.
Sometimes homicide is justified, but in law, genocide has no excuse, no justification. Our species would not survive would there be a justification for genocide.
The end game of killing off the women and children in Palestine is race eradication. Killing women and children is not war, it is immorally a deliberate genocide and therefore the ultimate evil: species extermination.
RINJ volunteer/members undertake to respect their professional code of ethics and maintain complete independence from all political, economic or religious powers. And this neutrality is not difficult. As usual, all sides have violent criminal behaviour culpability, but genocide trumps all. At that point, most other crimes are lessor inclusives.
The RINJ Foundation’s position is that neither Israel or the Occupied Territories are viable. Both leaderships must be banished if not alternatively imprisoned.
- A two state solution allows for the continuation of hatred and more killings.
- A one state solution of absolute equality among the peoples disallows anything but peaceful co-existence.
