Inciting genocide is a serious crime and it doesn’t take much to be seen as guilty of this crime against humanity. Donald Trump is at risk of being accused of incitement because of his raucous talk. If he becomes President, as he likely will, he may be exposed to this Biden time bomb. America is guilty of Genocide under Biden. (a)Basic Offense.—Whoever, whether in time of peace or in time of war and with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group as such—
(1)kills members of that group;
(2)causes serious bodily injury to members of that group;
(3)causes the permanent impairment of the mental faculties of members of the group through drugs, torture, or similar techniques;
(4)subjects the group to conditions of life that are intended to cause the physical destruction of the group in whole or in part;
(5)imposes measures intended to prevent births within the group; or
(6)transfers by force children of the group to another group;
shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).
(b)Punishment for Basic Offense.—The punishment for an offense under subsection (a) is—
(1)in the case of an offense under subsection (a)(1), where death results, by death or imprisonment for life and a fine of not more than $1,000,000, or both; and
(2)a fine of not more than $1,000,000 or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both, in any other case.
(c)Incitement Offense.—
Whoever directly and publicly incites another to violate subsection (a) shall be fined not more than $500,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
(d)Attempt and Conspiracy.—
Any person who attempts or conspires to commit an offense under this section shall be punished in the same manner as a person who completes the offence.

The picture and its story: The blockade and deprivation in northern Gaza have led to severe hunger for over 780,000 Palestinians, causing malnutrition in children and widespread food insecurity. This situation has made them reliant on food aid, which is obstructed by Israel and randomly by Israeli settlers with IDF backing. In the past two months, Israel has limited aid access to northern Gaza, concentrating its campaign on the area and attempting to compel the inhabitants to leave their homes and lands for the southern and central parts of Gaza, paving the way for the complete takeover of the northern Gaza Strip.
Never in the history of human warfare has there ever been a genocide so stringently focused as is the Gaza Genocide on the killing of all young women and children. It is the perfect eradication strategy. The very first official Jewish transport to Auschwitz brought 999 young women.
What is Genocide in International Law?
Genocide is not much different than “extermination” under the Rome Statute, which Israel has been accused in the International Criminal Court, but the burden of proof is accompanied by a burden of proving a more expanded mens rea—the intention to commit the crime. Cabinet ministers of the Netanyahu government have clearly announced that intent and over 500 documents set out the various occasions and factum of their occurrence and what was their meaning. Execution is clear in the ruins of Gaza’s hospitals, schools, and destroyed humanitarian facilities as well as the starving million Gazans.
Genocide is the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious ‘group’, as such:
- Killing members of the group;

- Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has mandated that Israel implement a series of actions to prevent potential genocidal acts targeting Palestinians in Gaza. This directive encompasses not only battlefield conduct but also the public incitement to genocide. Furthermore, Israel is instructed to adopt “immediate and effective measures” to facilitate the delivery of aid to the inhabitants of Gaza. Israel has refused to comply.
Meanwhile, in order to evade required approvals including required Congressional approval, while putting America in contravention of an ICJ Court Order, the Biden Administration has lied to Congress saying that Israel has not blocked humanitarian aid into Gaza, which in truth has been a mainstay of Israel’s siege upon Gaza—a lie to Congress in other words which became the cause of at least one person in the Biden Administration resigning.
The Biden actions in this matter deceived Congress into allowing the dodgy methods for shipping unreported munitions and weapons into Israel for killing Gazans thus setting the Biden Administration as complicit in the Genocide, by going as far as telling lies to the Republican controlled Congress to enable sketchy weapons deals with Netanyahu and others. Austin, Biden, Blinken, Gallant, Netanyahu, and all the genocide perps are going to be brought to justice. I will spend my life making that happen and I am a lot younger than these evil men.”
Don’t remain silent when women and children are being slaughtered.
“Direct and public incitement to commit genocide” is forbidden by the Genocide Convention (1948), Article 3(c). If the Court should find genocide were committed, then incitement could also be prosecuted as complicity in genocide. In the event no finding of genocide happens, incitement is no less a crime.
“Friendly advice to Trump: STFU about Gaza. Anything you say can and will be used against you,” says Monique Deslauriers, Executive Director of RINJ Women in America who explains she is a Trump supporter in 2024.
“What is happening in Gaza insofar as the true facts is not well known at this time because anyone who learns the details is murdered by the Israelis or the Americans. Hundreds of journalists, medical doctors and United Nations humanitarian workers have been murdered,” explains Ms. Deslauriers.

“These bunker-buster bombs pierce deeply through many floors deep and bring the entire building down on the residents who become buried without a hope of being found until the reconstruction of the residential regions of the Gaza communities if that ever happens.
“Thousands of Gaza apartment buildings have been hit. Tens of thousands of mothers and their small children at home in the daytime when these bombings are typically done. Our people have watched this happening and have filmed the events.
“Under Biden, America has no restrictions upon any of these monstrous weapons. All pauses have been lifted after Netanyahu launched a ferocious lobby attack mission in Washington DC which threatened the Democrat Party’s election managers with hell, fire and brimstone,” explained Ms. Deslauriers.

Ridding Gaza of Palestinians is Benjamin Netanyahu’s only path to power and riches in the future, he thinks.
Killing massive numbers of women and children is an effective method of ethnic cleansing and extermination.
