These men and four others accompanying them are wanted to stand trial in the Hague for crimes against humanity; rape in a war zone; and genocide. In the alternative they will be tried in Syria at the option of the Syrian government in Damascus. At present the carriage of the file has not been determined.

RINJ Foundation security investigator, Simon Baldock, who has provided all of the photographs below, says he has been tracking some of these individuals and from Aleppo cautions that these persons are desperate and assisted by unknown strength of units.

Approach with extreme caution. Ideally, these persons should not be allowed to enter Afrin’s area.
