The CDC cost three weeks’ delay in RT-PCR testing for a virus that according to Trump’s descriptions sounds altogether different from the one causing a global pandemic since 2019. And while a CDC error caused a 20 day delay, Trump caused a 55-day delay in testing, and then some.

US President Donald Trump gave a controversial speech, Saturday, at a political rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where 7,843 people (according to the venue, 6200 according to the fire department [Updated 2020-06-22 Time 06:54:25 GMT]) came to hear US Vice President Michael Pence and President Donald John Trump speak in a Republican political rally these two men hope would invigorate some of the under educated, red-neck right wing White Supremacists of Oklahoma. It has many of these types as history has suggested. They have an actively murderous past.
Among the advance team of persons preparing for the Tulsa event, some 8 persons became infected with COVID-19 during the preparatory meetings including 6 from the Trump team.
Tulsa Oklahoma is more than just a pandemic ‘hot spot’. The people you see in these screen captures of the PBS HD-Quality video on YouTube are not wearings masks. The people have also been moved into the narrow band of rink-level seats leaving the wide bands of seats empty. This being done, a little less than 8,000 persons are tightened into the smallest space instead of social distancing which was available by using the expansive empty upper wide rows of seats.

The Significance of Tulsa: COVID-29 Kills mostly Blacks. Trump is pitching White Supremacists of which he is one with a long history of trying to wreck the Presidency of the first Black American President whom Trump said “wasn’t even an American”.
In June 1921, a white mob razed the suburb of Greenwood, a neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma, known then as ‘Black Wall Street’. Oklahoma white males killed more than 300 African Americans and destroyed their homes and more than 100 businesses.
“During the massacres, they murdered and maimed people indiscriminately, unprovoked,” said Alice M. Thomas, a Carnegie scholar and a professor in the School of Law at Howard University. “They went into homes, stole personal belongings, and burned down homes. They used the massacres as a cover to murder without sanction, maim without sanction, and steal without sanction. No one, to this day, has been held accountable.”
Today all races of people are trying to explain to politicians that Black Lives Matter. Demonstrations and protests against the prolific murder of Blacks in the United States have stolen headlines from even the pandemic. These demonstrations and protests have sprung up in hundreds of locations from the smallest to the largest of cities.

“But Donald Trump went to a place in Tulsa to appeal to the White Supremacists. Apparently there are fewer in Tulsa than Trump expected. He went home early,” notes nurse Monique Deslauriers who is from Calais, Maine and a lifelong Republican as are her predecessors.
Trump has slipped many times in the past indicating he had curtailed testing for COVID-19.
The USA with 4% of the world population has more than 25% of the coronavirus infections and of all the actual deaths, America likely has half according to many estimates based on the number of excessive deaths in the first half of this year.
“In the United States, people who become infected ingest a heavy viral load. Also it can be said that Americans have a high rate of underlying conditions, particularly those associated with obesity including hypertensive heart disease and diabetes,” said Dr. Anderson.
Trump said Thursday, 13 February when the USA had only 15 cases that there would soon be no cases hence the massive testing sprees being conducted by other nations would not be required in the United States.
Actually, what had really happened is that the CDC American test failed despite the US having a timely copy of the novel coronavirus genome in early January. The WHO and the CDC had been informed of the novel coronavirus outbreak late in December 2019 and the US had the genome by 7 January, from China. But by that time in December there were hundreds of cases on COVID-19 on Northern US states according to studies done by the University of Southern California.
According to the CDC, on 5 February, one hundred destinations were shipped enough test sets for 50,000 tests. These boxes should be able to test 300 patients. But the reagents (in the 3 small vials) failed. All testing then had to revert to the CDC in Atlanta.
Nancy Messonnier, director of National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, said “we hoped that everything would go smoothly as we rushed through this,but until new reagents can be manufactured, all covid-19 testing in the United States will continue to take place exclusively at the CDC.”

This caused about a 21 to 30 day delay in testing. Bad leadership extended that delay to 55 days, say many American doctors seen in interviews on the major networks.
Despite the US tests failure, similar reports say Trump had turned down test kits from the World Health Organization. FPM.news has confirmed this with the WHO.
On 14 May Trump said, “We have more cases than anybody in the world, but why? Because we do more testing…When you test, you have a case. When you test you find something is wrong with people. If we didn’t do any testing, we would have very few cases. They don’t want to write that. It’s common sense.”
“The ominous part of this,” said Dr. Anderson of The RINJ Foundation, “is that this politician doesn’t want to shoulder his failed leadership blame and would prefer that patients died quietly at home. We fear there has been a quarter million deaths due to COVID-19, more than 20 million ‘quiet’ cases, and that there will be a million American deaths by the time a full calendar year has passed next March.”

FPM.news asked seven medical practitioners and the response was, [paraphrased] “This translates to, ‘people should get sick and the more than 5.5% who will die can die in silence in their homes’.
The 5.5% refers to the current death rate in the United States of the total number of confirmed cases.
Computer scientist Fred Harris explained this for a previous article by saying,“The CDC is predicting 20,000 additional American deaths in the next three weeks. That number is low for sure. It is this simple. There are roughly 1.2 million American unresolved cases of COVID-19 in the United States. These are cases where the patient has not died and has not recovered. The current death rate of confirmed cases is 5.6% hence there will be 67,200 deaths from the current cases. With a rate of infection at 21,000 per day on average, and that could change either way, there will be another 1,120 deaths per day once those cases have matured to about 28 days. That’s the statistical reality of this disease.” said Mr. Harris
If Americans are not tested for COVID-19, thousands will die at home of unknown cause. Much more than 55 people for every thousand cases of the novel coronavirus because the current 5.6% death rate depends on vigorous medical effort to save lives.
So far this year 135 thousand extra deaths from disease of unknown etiology have occurred in the USA because there has been a long delay, some two months delay in US COVID-19 testing.
