Gender Parity Thank You Sisters. You came back with everything. U.S. Soccer WNT
US Women’s National Team soccer player Megan Rapinoe says that she will not be visiting the White House. She says President Donald Trump’s message is excluding some Americans, including only those that support him.
Update: 10:56 am. 7/10/2019
Is New York Governor Andrew Cuomo excited or what? The Canyon of Heroes in New York City was decorated Wednesday morning with happy, fearsome, beautiful, amazing people.
The New York Governor rode the U.S. Women’s National Team float during a joyful victory parade that celebrates women from America bringing everything home. In one day women brought home championships for soccer, softball and volleyball.
Now that is something to celebrate but this is better. Earlier Wednesday, Governor Cuomo signed an equal pay bill into law to eliminate a gender discrimination loophole regarding pay between men and women in same jobs. It allows equal pay for work of equal value. Governor Cuomo went on to participate in the massive ticker tape parade that has rocked the world after Megan Rapinoe declared that she will not be visiting the White House and that Trump needs to clean up his act.
