Murder of a 6-year-old girl, Hind Rajab, for whom Gaza weeps

For 3½ terrifying hours on 29 January of this year, a barely conscious 6-year-old girl, Hind Rajab pleaded for help from the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), nearby in the city of Ramallah. The Red Crescent sent an Ambulance after clearing the mission with the IDF. The IDF apparently used the rescue data to send a tank to delete the ambulance and the girl.

Ambulance and crew ‘Deleted‘ by an IDF tank round, 45 meters from the destroyed vehicle Samir Hamada, on 10 February, found. The destroyed family vehicle contained the bullet-riddled body of little Hind Rajab and her family.

Deceased medics Yousef Zeino and Ahmed al-Madhoun almost made it to save the little girl. They are heroes appreciated all around Gaza.

Hind Rajab (6), Bashar Hamada (44), and daughter Layan (15), were murdered along with four other family members, as well as paramedics Yousef Zeino and Ahmed al-Madhoun whose ambulance was cleared by the IDF to travel to the rescue.

This is the heart-wrenching story of a six-year-old little girl murdered mercilessly as she talked to the Red Crescent help line. She was murdered by the IDF in Gaza as an ambulance arrived with paramedics Yousef Zeino and Ahmed al-Madhoun who had been cleared by the IDF to rescue this terrified little girl.

“Men in the Israeli tank closest saw the little girl,” said Samir who is Hind’s uncle.

“Hind Rajab was a six-year-old Palestinian girl in the Gaza Strip, who’s killing along with six family members and two paramedics coming for her rescue. She was murdered by Israeli forces during the ethnic cleansing of Gaza by the extremist Netanyahu government of Israel and America under Joe Biden. Her death is just like thousands of other stories,” said Dr. Nassima al Amouri who was in the delivery room when she delivered this little girl 6 years ago.

Relatives including Samir Hamada, Hind’s uncle, on 10 February 2024, found the body of 6-year-old Palestinian Hind Rajab who had begged Gaza rescuers to send help after being trapped by Israeli military fire, along with the bodies of five of her family members and two ambulance workers who had gone to save her. The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) accused Israel of deliberately targeting the ambulance it sent to rescue Hind Rajab after she had spent hours on the phone to dispatchers begging for help with the sound of shooting echoing around. “Hind Rajab and her family were fleeing Gaza City when their vehicle was shelled, killing her uncle, aunt and three cousins, except for Rajab and another cousin who contacted the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) to ask for help while noting that they were being attacked by an Israeli tank. The cousin was later also killed and Rajab was left stranded in the vehicle for hours on the phone, as paramedics from PRCS attempted to rescue her. Both Rajab and the paramedics were later also found killed on 10 February after an Israeli withdrawal,” writes  Wikipedia editors.
