Israel, America and their leaders are facing serious charges under international law including the Convention on Genocide and the Rome Statute for genocide and similar crimes.

Today scores of civilian Palestinians, mostly women and children were killed as is the case every day, in American/Israeli artillery attacks, air attacks, and infantry invasions. All this as the UN reports that over 15,000 children have been killed in six months of America’s and Israel’s military efforts in Gaza and another ten thousand women have been slaughtered which orphaned over 19,000 children. All are civilians.

Over two thirds of the war dead in Gaza are women, mostly mothers, and children.

America and Israel claim impunity for targeted assassinations anywhere in the world.

American and Israel have a long history of randomly murdering Iranian and other officials. Lately they have been killing scores of journalists, hundreds of doctors and nurses, and scores of UN humanitarian workers. Workers in Gaza who have welcomed American air raids in other conflicts know how to spot the collaborative versus unilateral air attacks in Gaza.

Joseph Biden and Benjamin Netanyahu have similar needs for distracting public attention from these of their crimes.

The Gaza Genocide ICC Case against USA/Israel/Canada/UK/EU et. al

On 1 April 2024, Israel using F135s in a bombing raid, destroyed the annex consular building attached to the Iranian embassy in Damaskas killing 16 people, including a senior Quds Force commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, and seven other Iranian senior officials.

“The Middle East held its collective breathe. A direct attack on an embassy has heretofore been labelled as terrorist activity but for a country to be doing this is an act of war,” said Simon Baldock, security analyst and consultant to Feminine-Perspective Magazine.

Since the 1 April attack on Iran territory by America and Israel, there have been a series of attacks back and forth, one from Iran, and several from Israel and America against Iran in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon. The latest attack was believed to have been done by America against a military base in Iraq just south of Baghdad. The day before, Israel and America coordinated an Israeli assault on Iran.

A long-time target of Washington and Tel Aviv, now West Jerusalem, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi was killed along with his elite Quds Force 2IC Mohammad Hadi Hajriahimi, in an American assisted Israeli attack that destroyed the Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria.

Previous Assassination attacks against Israel were mentioned in Official Iranian releases  and public Iranian media, on 1-2 April 2024.

A month ago, IRGC member Reza Zarei was killed in a suspected Israeli attack in the port city of Baniyas.

Iranian state media officially announced in December 2023, the death by Israeli air attack of Seyed Razi Mousavi, a prominent figure associated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in Syria.
