Ukraine war between USA / Russia spinning out of control

Without a doubt, it is now time to create your safe room.

Dale Carter, security director of the global women’s rights and safety NGO RINJ Women is warning of worrisome tones in the missives of her contacts in NORAD, NATO, Washington, Moscow, and in the EU.

“Military assets now placed into the Arctic regions from both sides, the USA and Russia, are escalating to a WWIII scenario, think many experts in security intelligence,” she said.

By Melissa Hemingway and Micheal John

“We are not yet in a position to start warning people to prepare new bomb shelters and new fallout shelters, but keeping a safe room stocked for at least 14-days is advisable at this time. For certain,” she said, “the scope of modern weaponry may exceed by a long shot the ‘duck and cover’ regime but if you have a safe room that is suitable for tornadoes and hurricanes, you may survive some nasty war explosions. (See FEMA Spec P-361) Rich families able to afford a realistic bomb shelter to withstand a radioactive tsunami, should not wait until spring,” the expert woman advises. “Make a plan after you have read this article. It can take only 20 minutes,” she advises, and the governments of both Canada and the USA agree. Make a plan for your safe room.

“The hurricane/tornado seasons ahead are going to get ugly with extreme winds and flooding in some areas. Hence a safe shelter with a high probability of being protected from injury or death with a back-up evacuation plan—which can be a not-so-daunting project if a plan exists—is indicated for all the threats climate change brings, never mind the instability of the human race. Do it for both,” Ms. Carter explains.

“Meanwhile, if an average family in North America or Europe is living on the coast, anywhere, and a job offer comes through for an inland move, take it, now,” she said, “and live far from the center of big cities.”

According to the US Centers for Disease Control, “The safest place in your home during a radiation emergency is a centrally located room or basement. This area should have as few windows as possible. The further your shelter is from windows, the safer you will be.”

The biggest warning signs are in the Canadian and Russian Arctic

Russia has reconstituted old USSR Arctic installations and bases and added a few more of its own modern creation in the far north of the massive Russian land mass.

Russia is clearly afraid of an American first strike and has been threatened with such by the Biden administration which has nuclear weapons stationed in dozens of countries as well as by Ms. Truss, the freshly minted, unskilled and untested PM of Britain.

According to the Center of Strategic and International Studies, Russian strategy has been to harness the Arctic’s geostrategic potential.

Russia exploits the Arctic to enhance Russian homeland defence, specifically a forward line of defence against foreign incursion as the Arctic attracts increased international investment; to secure Russia’s economic future; and create a staging ground to project power, primarily in the North Atlantic versus NATO.

According to the Carnegie Endowment for international Peace, “since Vladimir Putin first became president, the Arctic has evolved into an increasingly important arena of Russian foreign, military, and economic policy. The Kremlin’s interest in the region became apparent soon after Russia emerged from its time of troubles in the 1990s and gradually resumed an active posture on the world stage in the early 2000s.”

Canada and the United States are continuing military exercises in the Arctic Archipelago now to prepare the parties for the defence of North America from devastating destruction.

Anti-missile systems are increasing in number and complexity and the North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD) is now on a war-time footing.

America and Canada are at war with Russia in an officially undeclared conflict that has grown beyond the borders of Ukraine to include Europe, the Baltic Sea and the Arctic and involves over 55 nations. The following article explains that.

Ukraine is one giant rape crime scene, all warring sides guilty

USA insists that there will be no peace talks for a war it wants to prolong at Ukraine’s expense. But Zelenskyy agrees although Ukrainians are now Washington’s Cannon Fodder.

At the end of September, General wrote in Modern Diplomacy / Europe that “this prolonged war is making everyone in the world vulnerable to inflationary pressures, triggering an unprecedented energy crisis and acute food shortages. In view of that, diplomacy and talks for conflict termination should have been the logical option long back, but no party to the war seems to be thinking about it due to own strategic interest, wanting to make more gains before getting back to the negotiation table. All parties know that they can’t be outright winners in this war, but all are prolonging their agony to avoid being an outright loser.”

There has been zero effort to seek peace negotiations on the part of the West since April 2022. None. No peace talks.

“Peace at any cost is what is needed, Mr. Guterres. All sides are crazy and don’t give a shi* about people. Who cares about your borders once all the women have been raped, have no food, no money, no water, no home, no life, and no clean air to breathe, while missing killed members of their family? Who gives a f*** about your borders?” asks Ukrainian Jew, Lana, who works as an EMS nurse and driver all over Donbass from Ukraine-controlled Donbass.

Even the UN Secretary General is provoking war and avoiding peace talks. He says that peace is conditional and must be in line with international law and the Charter of the United Nations as the only way ahead.

But that prerequisite has been changed to suit the American side of the dispute. Russia will not agree to a zero gain truce because it has lost tens of thousands of troops and has a responsibility to the ethnic-Russians it has been defending for a decade in Donbass which is about 15-20% of the former Ukraine before the Maidan Revolution which was planned and instigated by America.

This video below indicates Joe Biden’s control of the fascist madness and corruption in Ukraine back in 2014.

The Beginning of the Ukraine conflict on 4 February 2014.

There needs to be peace at any cost to protect the rest of the world.

António Guterres was renewed in his UN role at the insistence of America in 2021 for another term despite the fact that the United Nations during Guterres’ leadership period saw a worsening misogyny problem with the males raping or sexually assaulting the women working for the UN and raping the women who are under the care of the United Nations in camps.

“This is a mess,” says RINJ spokesperson, Geraldine Frisque. “We have spent a lot of time getting out to UN Peacekeeping missions, IDP Camps and Refugee Camps and thereafter writing proposals to help the UN stop raping its women and girls. Could I put this any more bluntly? This cannot be happening. Humanitarian assistance should not be anything but care and sharing of resources, not sexual violence toward women and girls. We can’t be saying this delicately any longer. We are about to kick some rapist asses.”

UN Secretary General Guterres gives the appearance of taking the USA side in a USA-Russian war. It’s a disaster. Guterres also declares that the right of self-determination for the people of Luhansk PR and Donetsk PR is abolished. Yet Guterres and Biden are seemingly supporting the breakaway from China by Taiwan. At least that’s what China says and that is how it appears to many. Guterres relies on the fact that the USA does not recognize the two self-declared republics of Luhansk and Donetsk even though they have been at war with the USA and Ukraine since May 2014 for their freedom.

“Even the pope disagrees with Guterres,” says Dale Carter. “The pope is saying Russia was provoked. More than this, many millions of Russians in the annexed regions do not want to be part of Ukraine and formed their own republics almost a decade ago. How could Guterres force them back into Ukraine after nearly nine years of independence? How does that work, Mr. Guterres?  At gunpoint? More shelling of Luhansk and Donetsk homes? That better not happen. That is not a peace plan, Mr. Guterres. That’s war.  America and Ukraine have been shelling Donbass homes and infrastructure to rubble for nine years.  That’s a truth told by injured people and the medical personnel in Donbass who have spent years patching up the population.

Russia has urged peace talks to resolve the issues in Ukraine and in Europe, but has been rudely told to go pound salt. Hence NORAD this year will be doing a lot more than tracking Santa Claus this Christmas. Women working across the war zone as humanitarian helpers report that Russia is now moving nuclear weapon convoys into the newly annexed regions of a westerly expanded Russia. And there are no peace talks planned. In fact, the Ukrainian leader Zelenskyy indicated on Saturday that the West will “kill every Russian one by one”. Zelenskyy has also said “There will never be peace talks with Putin.”

Svetlana, a RINJ Women organizer in Moscow says she and her family will leave Moscow and stay with family far from cities once her husband gets his new posting in the Army to the Central Division. She says she expects the “Americans to attack Moscow before Christmas”.

On Tuesday,  Zelensky backed by Washington signed a law that rules out Ukraine peace talks with Putin as ‘impossible’.

General Shashi Asthana comments, “Having accepted so much of political, strategic and military investment of NATO in his country and tasted a little success in his counteroffensives, President Zelensky, posing to be fighting on behalf of USA-led NATO to weaken Russia, is not in a position to back out from prolonging the war,” he said.

Moscow responded. “We will either wait for the current president to change his position or wait for the next president to change his position in the interests of the Ukrainian people,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters in response to the West’s refusal to sit down at the negotiating table.

Canada’s Military unprepared for a WWIII scenario. Who really is?

Canada is ill-equipped to fight World War Three and will likely be America’s buffer territory. Russian weapons that can be early detonated by US anti-missile missiles over Canada will to a large extent spare the United States. But there are two significant styles of weapons that NORAD will not be able to cope with.

A Russian SSBN (Boomer) submarine capable of launching undetectable Poseidon torpedoes (the Armageddon sea-launched weapon) is on the move and not precisely tracked. It is believed to be in the Arctic waters or in the North Atlantic.

Nuclear powered autonomous vehicle

Under test since well before 2016 the existence of Poseidon, a nuclear-powered autonomous underwater vehicle (a.k.a.: Status 6 or Kanyon, its NATO designation), was first “leaked” to the press in November 2015, when a slide detailing it was slipped into a Russian Ministry of Defence briefing. This illustration is an artist concept. Below is the real thing from the Russian defence Ministry.

Poseidon

The autonomous underwater Russian drone Kanyon, reaches a depth of more than 1,000 meters, travels at a speed of 100 knots, and has a two-megaton nuclear strike range of up to 10,000 km.

Russia may deploy eight Poseidon drones on each of four SSBN submarines, two in the Northern Fleet and two in the Pacific Fleet.

According to some reports, each drone would be armed with a two-megaton nuclear or conventional warhead payload that could be detonated extremely deep below the surface. Russia could release the drone from its submarine far from the USA coast and cause a radioactive tsunami that could destroy cities and other infrastructure along the USA coast with immediate deaths over 8 million and longer-term casualties at four million.

According to Russia’s President Putin, Russia might target Poseidon drones armed with conventional warheads against a broad range of targets, “including aircraft carrier groups, shore fortifications, and infrastructure.”

Russian Hypersonic weaponry is believed to be the best in the world. Unstoppable.

The second antithesis to the North American defence assets is the ultra-hypersonic weaponry of Russia. If they indeed work as planned, there will be no warning before hyper-V missiles deliver nuclear detonations to destroy North American cities.

Maneuverability at hypersonic speeds, like 10x the speed of sound (Mach 10) makes the weapons nearly impossible to shoot down.

That is partly why America has for years adopted a first strike strategy and armed itself with new nuclear missiles to achieve that goal from land-based launch sites at hundreds of locations around the world and from surface and submersed naval vessels.

“The U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has confirmed that, for the first time, a Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) Block IIA interceptor successfully destroyed an intercontinental-range ballistic missile (ICBM) target in a test. With this milestone, the SM-3 Block IIA becomes only the second U.S. interceptor type to exhibit this capability. The consequences for strategic stability and future arms control are serious,” claimed the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in November of 2020.

The United States in 2002 withdrew from the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty.

America has usually been wrong about identifying threats and launching wars—in fact, America has been wrong about all its wars and ends up destroying huge chunks of the human race, killing many millions of people since the last major war in Europe. At the same time of the devastations, America has lost all its wars, like Afghanistan wherein America turned over the vulnerable Afghan women to the Taliban, who killed nearly five dozen women already this week.

Dale Carter and a few of her colleagues now fear America will continue to make the same mistakes and there will be more war started by America, as has been true in the past. This time the planet could be a casualty.
