1 Year of Pres. Biden not enough nor is one term, say global feminists

“The thing that makes us  back Biden,” say a leading group of feminists, “is that President Biden like no other is putting American families first and that is long overdue,” explains Michele Francis, a regional RINJ Foundation director who is currently end-of-holiday traveling from home back to her assigned region in Venezuela.

“The number one most important concern of the US President needs to be American families, says a group of women who gathered with me to watch the US President’s one-year-in-office pressor,” explains Geraldine Frisque, spokesperson for The RINJ Women.

“Probably Mr. Biden is not popular in the polls because the pandemic has everyone angry with governments. But President Biden has been a leader for the ordinary people and in our collective view, he is doing a good job to which leaders around the world should pay attention,” Ms. Frisque explains.

“I listened to our security people suggest that the Pentagon is running the American foreign policy and I think that makes sense. I cannot imagine Joseph Biden being so cruel to the people of Afghanistan or our sisters in Luhansk and Donetsk whose homes are being shelled by Ukrainian and American troops. I also cannot imagine Mr. Biden wanting to see millions of Afghans and North Koreans starving to death this winter. But that is what is happening. That guy Lloyd Austin and the other one, Antony Blinkin, are dangerous, arrogant, misogynistic morons making the Biden family look like bloodthirsty killers,” Ms. Frisque commented, saying most of her peers share the same thinking.

“President Biden needs a new Cabinet,” suggests Monique Deslauriers, a nurse from Calais, Maine, who watched the one-year press conference with the other RINJ Women.

“One thing we all agree on is that Biden must stop shouting all the time,” Ms. Frisque added.  “He must be shouting at that idiot Blinken a lot. That angry, egomaniac  Blinken is being walked around, wined and dined by the military industry’s lobbyists and saying things that must make Dr. Jill Biden and President Biden cringe.”

Infrastructure in America is decayed or unavailable to many Americans, but Biden’s bipartisan infrastructure law, “will rebuild America’s roads, bridges and rails, expand access to clean drinking water, ensure every American has access to high-speed internet, tackle the climate crisis, advance environmental justice, and invest in communities that have too often been left behind,” according to a White House statement.

According to the Biden administration, legislation provided by President Biden is crucial to all ordinary Americans because it will:

  1. “Deliver clean water to all American families and eliminate the nation’s lead service lines/
  2. “Ensure every American has access to reliable high-speed internet.
  3. “Repair and rebuild our roads and bridges with a focus on climate change mitigation, resilience, equity, and safety for all users.
  4. “Improve transportation options for millions of Americans and reduce greenhouse emissions through the largest investment in public transit in U.S. history.
  5. “Upgrade our nation’s airports and ports to strengthen our supply chains and prevent disruptions that have caused inflation.
  6. “Make the largest investment in passenger rail since the creation of Amtrak.
  7. “Build a national network of electric vehicle (EV) chargers.
  8. “Upgrade our power infrastructure to deliver clean, reliable energy across the country and deploy cutting-edge energy technology to achieve a zero-emissions future.
  9. “Make our infrastructure resilient against the impacts of climate change, cyber-attacks, and extreme weather events; and
  10. “deliver the largest investment in tackling legacy pollution in American history by cleaning up Superfund and brownfield sites, reclaiming abandoned mines, and capping orphaned oil and gas wells.”

“Joe Biden exposed the mess in Afghanistan but has not singly caused the disaster. The Pentagon needs a cleanout to prevent future, similar problems, or better yet, America needs to stop warfighting and use its smarts to start backing the future of the human race,” says Ms. Alsop, leader of the global civil society women’s rights group.

“Joseph Biden revealed the cataclysmic mess America created in Afghanistan by pulling out of Afghanistan and turning the country over to the Taliban terrorist organization that was indirectly complicit with its ally al Qaeda in the 1 September 2001 attack on the New York Twin Towers.”

“Having been a person in high authority in the United States as Vice President from 2008 through 2016 and President through all of 2021, Joseph Biden is accountable. He seems to know that,” says Katie Alsop, a renown feminist with a global perspective.

“This is an honest man. I listened to his 112 minute press conference and decided, he is not as people are saying, stupid, he is honest,” she added.

“Mr. Biden spilled the options he considers for the Russia/Ukraine crisis that the US Pentagon has created. Half the USA media world is up in arms that Biden gave away secret plans to President Putin. That’s malarkey. These men, Biden and Putin, know each other for decades. The transparency of both Biden and Putin is a much better plan than that espoused by the Armchair Generals, sitting around tables on CNN,” she added. “I suppose it is fortunate that CNN has so many weird TV commercials, these jokers don’t get much time to talk, but they already have done enough damage and stretched the truth into a vast web of lies. They look like idiots to the rest of the world that isn’t angry and hysterically riled up and ready to kill anything that moves,” Ms. Alsop added.

“Joseph Biden, as he has said, had no easy way out of Afghanistan. Stopping the insanity was the right way ahead. The way that was handled by the Pentagon was outrageously bad, probably an effort to teach Biden a lesson for not following the Pentagon’s advice of keepin a few thousand troops in country,  but it likely would have been a disaster no matter how it was handled,” suggests Simon Baldock, an Israeli security consultant and analyst.

“The Pentagon has been running American Foreign Policy for too long,” says analyst. “And Biden is getting keel-hauled and made to look very foolish in the process. A recent Pentagon gaff is dragging an hysterical Europe and North America toward a thermo-nuclear world war.”

“The problem,” Mr. Baldock  added, “has been letting the Pentagon run foreign policy in the United States for so many years.”

“America has a warfighting military,” Mr. Baldock continued,  “not a defensive military force. Letting a warfighting military have nearly 95% control over American foreign policy via the civilian Defense Industrial Base rich and powerful lobbyists and the uniformed department, is creating one disaster after another,” he said.

“That process is evident today as the Pentagon suddenly decides that 70,000 Russian troops on Russian soil, troops that have been in place, off and on, for at least a year, is suddenly a preparation for invasion of Ukraine. It’s more likely all about the annual preparation for the international war games competition, this time a post-modernization training update, that the Russia’s Generals insist they must win,” explained Mr. Baldock.

“Besides that, most pundits figure half a million troops would be needed, at the least, to successfully take over Ukraine,” said Mr. Baldock.

“Russians at every level have been saying there is no intention and no desire to invade Ukraine. When that happens, from the bottom up and the top down, people saying ‘no way’, that is the answer. And anyone who thinks that three million Russian troops, regulars and reserves, are going to be sitting at home in front of their fireplaces waiting for some work to do, should not be trying to run America’s and Europe’s foreign policy. With a million regular forces and 2 million reserves to train, there needs to be 65 to 170,000 troops visibly doing some training at all times in a place like Russia which is surrounded by yelling and even screaming hysterical NATO-member enemies,” he added with a sour look.

“Ethnic Russians in Ukraine were being treated like Central American migrants in southern USA so they created their own countries of Donetsk and Luhansk, in 2014,” notes analyst.

“Russia has over 3 million troops including reservists. If Russia was planning on invading Ukraine and taking over Kiev, overthrowing the government and seizing the nation, it has the troops to do that. At most, Russia has positioned 65,000 regulars not far from its Western borders where the predominantly artillery and infantry Western Division resides and trains. The WMD trains mostly in regions north up to Yelnya and east of the Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk where the Ukrainians, and Americans are shelling civilians in those self-proclaimed nations. And that was the right of these ethnic Russians who were being treated the same way Central American migrants are treated in southern USA. After eight years of building their own nations, free of Ukrainian racism, the people of Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk PR, deserve their right to self-determination.”

“And there has never been 100,000 Russian troops at the border at one time. Even the Pentagon said it figured that the tracked and wheeled vehicles it spotted in satellite images supported about 70,000 troops. That was likely 65,000 regulars and 3700 reservist trainees, at the height of activity,” said Mr. Baldock.

“Before Christmas, 7,000, then 15,000, and then another 3,000 troops went home in staggered processes. This coincides with Russia’s claim that it has been training troops and reservists on new technology and a new command, control and communications infrastructure that has been instituted commensurate with its modernization projects to match with the NATO forces’ upgraded technologies, that surround Russia,” Mr. Baldock added.

Both sides of the story. It’s a shocking contrast in realities.

According to the Press Service of  Russia’s Western Military District, some eight thousand military personnel of the combined arms army of the Western Military District have now passed the first qualifying stage of the ‘Army Games 2022’ international competitions.

Military drills such as those the USA Pentagon has been touting as invasion forces are going to persist,  “in January in military units, in February in formations, in March – April in formations and military districts,  in May-June, all-army competitions will be held, following which national teams will be formed to participate in the international competitions of Army Games 2022 as part of teams from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” notes the WMD Press Office.

“International competitions will be held in 15 countries around the world. Teams from 100 countries are invited. Also, military personnel of the combined-arms army will take part, together with units of the railway troops, in the new competition Steel Highway,” say the Army Games 2022 planners.

What a strangely warmongering western media is not saying.

Russia has endured a tumultuous, costly, and complicated military modernization and security readiness program. In 2020, Russia launched into a whole new defence policy (conjectured here in a US Congressional paper: IF11625). Since then, alliances have been made by Russia with China and Iran and many joint military exercises have been conducted. Upgraded military equipment has been distributed and both regular forces and reservists have been conducting training exercises, according to Russia watchers, and some of the women whose husbands or themselves serve in the Russian military, or Navy and Air Force.

Russia’s Update and Modernization Military Program

Russia's military modernization Modernising the Russian Army, Navy and Air Force has been a challenging exercise requiring massive planning, rebuilding, and self-sufficiency. Introduction of new doctrine, training on modernized equipment and procedures and working out the bugs has been tumultuous say insiders.

Some conjecture sees new Russian military doctrine to be in the West’s perspective somewhat as follows:

* “Reclaim and secure Russia’s influence over some former Soviet nations;

* “Regain worldwide recognition as a “great power”; and

* “Portray itself as a reliable actor, a key regional powerbroker, and a successful mediator (Katz; Borshchevskaya) in order to gain economic, military, and political influence over nations worldwide and to refine the liberalist rules and norms that currently govern the world order (Lamoreaux).”  Citing: (SMA-TRADOC-Russian-Strategic-Intentions-White-Paper-PDF-1)

“One thing seems certain, and the world must hope that Biden figures this out,” suggests Mr. Baldock, “Russia has said and all appearances suggest that Russia has not, and is not, intending to invade and take Ukraine. Russia should, however, do more to end the fighting in Donbass where America and Ukraine are trying to force a change with snipers and artillery shelling—force a change of mind, I suppose,  among ethnic Russians who left Ukraine in 2014 and formed their own countries.”

Displaced families set out to collect water during a harsh winter in Kabul, Afghanistan. Speaking in Geneva, UN Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths said that $4.4 billion was needed for the Afghanistan Humanitarian Response Plan alone, “to pay direct” to health workers and others, not the de facto authorities. UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi called for $623 million, to support refugees and host communities in five neighbouring countries, for the Afghanistan Situation Regional Refugee Response Plan.
“Today we are launching an appeal for $4.4 billion for Afghanistan itself for 2022,” said Mr. Griffiths. “This is the largest ever appeal for a single country for humanitarian assistance and it is three times the amount needed, and actually fundraised in 2021.” Photo Credit: UNHCR/Andrew McConnell Photo is cropped. Art/Cropping/Enhancement: Rosa Yamamoto / Feminine-Perspective Magazine

Following Afghanistan as America’s most recent military failure, the world must now pick up the pieces. The UN Secretary General is seeking at least $5 billion in donations to deliver urgent humanitarian aid.

More than half a million Afghanis have lost their employment or were pushed out of their jobs in Afghanistan since the Taliban takeover, the UN International Labour Organization (ILO) said on Wednesday.

Describing a “nightmare unfolding in Afghanistan”, the United Nations’ Secretary-General, António Guterres, warned last week that the world is “in a race against time to help the Afghan people… More than half the population of Afghanistan now depends on life-saving assistance… Freezing temperatures and [American] frozen assets are a lethal combination for the people of Afghanistan,” said António Guterres.

Two weeks into last December, General Kenneth McKenzie Jr., the head of USA Central Command, and General Richard Clarke, head of the Special Operations Command, did not find any reason to penalize military personnel involved in the mass murder of families on 29 August 2021, in Kabul, said John F. Kirby, the Pentagon’s chief spokesman.

That ideology has formed the basis of American foreign policy for decades.
