People of Earth had the right to expect more of leaders

Women and girls suffer massive GBV crimes in the 8-year Ukraine civil war.

Some plain talk in plain language from ordinary people: All they needed to do was stop expanding their weapons and troop spread toward Russia.

“Jens Stoltenberg, Joseph Biden, Ursula von der Leyen, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Scott Morrison, Justin Trudeau and that contemptible Boris Johnson, are to blame for the acceleration of the 8-year civil war in Europe on Russia’s border,” said Katie Alsop, Executive Director of The RINJ Foundation.

“I submit these people deliberately pushed the crisis to the point where Russia was compelled to act and that they continue hybrid warfare in the most sneaky and cowardly manner, all bringing harm to women in children in many countries. I agree with Tulsi Gabbard who said ‘all they needed to do is commit to leaving Ukraine out of NATO,’ and stop threatening Russia’s security,” said the Executive Director of The RINJ Foundation.

“It is worse to be a woman or a child in wars than to be a man fighting on the front line. How many times over how many decades must I say this to these people before they would stop their slippery wars that only occur between corrupt leaders but impact billions of ordinary people?”

“The ordinary people of this world had the right to expect more of leaders. I want these people held accountable along with those others like the Prime Ministers of Australia and Canada, Scott Morrison and Justin Trudeau, who continue to pursue a dialogue that is pro-war, conducting hybrid warfare that is inviting hard war retaliation for their constituents, ” said the Executive Director of The RINJ Foundation.

“These so-called leaders, some unelected, have persisted in pushing troops, nuclear weapons and conventional weapons toward Russia’s borders despite legitimate protests from Moscow since 1997, and finally to a boiling point. This is a sickness, this fascination with weapons of mass destruction and propensity to tell cruel and bloody lies to constituents. Read my words. No More War.”

“These so-called leaders are also supporting a corrupt country that does not have the color of right because it threatens to violate the nuclear nonproliferation regime if it does not get NATO membership; Ukraine operates an army carrying Nazi flags I have seen and subscribes to Nazi doctrine I have heard; shelled the civilians of Donbass for years; Ukraine has been embroiled in a de facto genocide for 7 years, forbidding the ethnic Russian population of Ukraine from speaking their native language under pain of fines and an offender record; and has employed tactics of rape and other gender-based violence against women and girls it captured from the Donbass region,” said the civil society leader.

“Additionally, America which invaded Iraq, destroyed Yemen, and  occupied Afghanistan for 20 years left these countries in catastrophic states as a consequence of Biden’s 9 years of errors and impulsivity,”, said the Executive Director of The RINJ Foundation

“In the past four months US President Biden made false allegations against Russia and Vladimir Putin in a campaign of antagonism that continues a decades-long American-Russia two-way warfare campaign. Currently Biden has America’s large military heading to Europe to support what in effect is an outgrowth of Biden’s personal financial conquests in Ukraine, say some GOP members, said Ms. Alsop

Dale Carter, a security analyst of The RINJ Foundation has convened a policy discussion group to discuss the best deployment of emergency health care workers already in Europe and under work contracts that have not expired. The RINJ Foundation has offered a small number of women’s care, health workers, in writing to the health departments of all the parties in the ongoing war in Ukraine, Donetsk PR, Luhansk PR, Belarus and the Russian Federation. So far only two of the parties have responded, said Ms. Carter.

In less than a year, Biden crimes are reprehensible.

In less than a year, Biden crimes are reprehensible.
Biden was complicit in the mass killing of 58 children and 38 moms in Gaza; opposed the International Criminal Court investigating those crimes; mass murdered 10 civilians including seven children in Kabul; and six children in Idlib.
Additionally, America which occupied Afghanistan for 20 years left the country in a catastrophic state under Biden impulsivity. Biden’s crimes against humanity are becoming catastrophic in Afghanistan, Syria, Turkey, France, Ukraine and now having an impact across the world.

“It’s bad enough that the Americans have occupied the Asian Seas so extensively with war machinery that it recently lost an F-35 fighter/bomber with all its weapons in the sea, and before that smashed up a nuclear submarine, USS Connecticut (SSN-22) on one of the reefs while recklessly speeding through an uncharted region. The USS Connecticut will be out of service for years. It was a miracle there was not a nuclear disaster impacting the millions of Asians living around the sea,” explained RINJ Women‘s Indo-Pacific director, Sharon Santiago.

This crisis has far reaching impact on women and children that these leaders of Oceania, North America and Europe ignore.

“A current discussion on the malfeasance in Europe was prompted by a small number of female workers  specialized in treating Gender-Based Violence patients who have their children with them, as in Kiev,  seeking to leave areas they considered dangerous. As their contracts were not completed, we offered a transfer opportunity if arranged and approved by the medical side of our organization. It is up to me to find the safest way to accomplish the RSAC workers’ wishes,” Ms. Carter explained.

“We need GBV-specialized women medical workers in areas of conflict, especially in the Ukraine, where rape is used as a weapon of war since 2014.

“Ukraine is a very misogynistic region of Europe. The crimes committed in the Donetsk region would make you gasp,” she added. “The difference between Donetsk PR and Luhansk PR are like night and day.”

“Ukraine and Donetsk sides in the civil war since 2014 have used rape as a weapon of war.

“The outcome is invariably infectious Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD),” said Ms. Carter

“One percent of the Ukraine population struggles with HIV infection. That is the worst in the Eastern European region. Typically, rapists rape often and hence cause the widespread transmission of disease.  That is why GBV survivors must be treated by specialized health care workers. Nurses, and nurse practitioners are better at doing this work, and males are excluded in very many countries of doing any work ‘down there’. We need to expand our specialized nursing programme. Every hospital in the world should one day have such a specialist who ordinarily does any manner of other medical work,” said RINJ Foundation medical director Dr. Nassima al Amouri .
“Among the highest infected population sectors, people who inject drugs comprise 22.5% of of the HIV-infected Ukraine population,” Dr. Nassima al Amouri  explained.

The UNAIDS group confirms these Ukraine data in a 2020 PDF report.

“When we do not have our own clinic in an area we pay the salary and living cost for licensed medical workers we have trained, and we assign the medical professional to an existing health care provider which has completed an evaluation and satisfied the safety and medical standards requirements for the worker.

“The reason we do this offering of specialized women’s care in war zones is partly obvious, but there also is an evidence path created which is not obvious. We build rape kits when we test and treat infectious disease. We can determine if it was the male or the female initially infected. We can track the identification of the perpetrator and other rapes the offender has done. We can warn family members of specialized hygiene measures to protect the spread of the disease in cooperation with the patient but even without committing any information about the patient. And we can rely on our inventory of direct treatment experience to prescribe through our Nurse Practitioners the best pharmacological response to the patient’s needs,” Ms. Carter added.

“Russia’s argument for invading Ukraine are rock solid, and should have been addressed,” says RINJ Women security analysis group.

  • Genocide against ethnic Russians in the Donbass region must end;
  • Russian-Speaking persons have been banned in Ukraine but a large part of  the country is Russian;
  • Killing of women and children in Luhansk and Donetsk must be stopped;
  • America’s military refusal to get out of Ukraine and stay out is a security threat to Russians;
  • NATO refusal to back off the Russian border threatens the security of Russians;
  • Russia will not accept a resurging Nazi nation on its borders.
  • The Ukrainian Army is now carrying Nazi flags into battle.
  • The West, The United Nations and NATO, led by baby-killer Joseph Biden, has ignored Russian protests on these matters.

Nevertheless, war is not the answer and is not acceptable to ordinary citizens. Technically, all parties to the war are in the wrong and that includes, America, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, Canada, Britain, and the European Union.
